Cheryl Thompson has been in real estate since 1994 and specializes in assisting buyers with finding financing and counseling so they can find the home of their dreams, and to update sellers on the current market conditions so she can profitably "market" their real estate.
Ms. Thompson volunteers her services to help first-time buyers understand the Maryland Residential Contract of Sale, but would like to extend herself to help junior and high school students understand the importance of money management so that when they want to pursue their first home purchase, they will be completely prepared.

The distinctive artwork of April Anselona is classified by April as "Fashion Fusion". Her art has won her the accolades of such notables as renowned Designer Christian Lacroix.
Her illustrations have been featured in national publications including "L' Art deVivre "Sun Sentinel, Season Fashion Magazine, Women's Wear Daily, and twice in Beckett Publications, who also recognized her with an honorable mention. Her work has appeared in numerous regional and local periodicals including a featured piece published in the 2006 edition of Marilyn in Art Hard Cover Table Book.
April Anselona holds an Associate of Science degree in Fine Art, Fashion Illustration, Advertising and Graphic Design. She has permanent collections in the Archives of The National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington, DC.

Kenneth Forman

Biltmore Who's Who Selects Kenneth Forman as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry for 2008.
Kenneth Forman has been recognized for his outstanding efforts and achievements. Kenneth is a CPA and Business Owner. His expertise include advising clients, creating monthly reports, preparing bal sheets to determine profit and loss, and tax planning and preparation. He works with much diversified clients; from restaurants to automotive repair to furniture stores for the eclectic buyer.
State University of New York Graduate, Kenneth Forman specializes in corporate as well as individual tax returns including multi-state returns. His clients view him as the "Last Line of Defense" between them and the various governmental agencies. He has been doing this since 1990. He educates his clients on tax ramifications that affect them, which is a main reason why he has been able to grow his business and will continue to do so.
Mr. Forman is a member of the Arizona Society of CPA, Service Corp of Retired Executives (SCORE), American Cancer Society, CCH Pilot Test Program Reviewer, and Member Diamond Resorts International.
In his spare time, Kenneth Forman enjoys fine dining, dancing, body building, sports participation, and being a dad.

Tiffany Dexter

Biltmore Who's Who Selects Tiffany Dexter as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry for 2008.
Tiffany Dexter is Owner of Tiffany's Cheap Travel, a website for Corporate, School Groups, and Incentive Travel. She is a West Carolina University graduate and has accomplished many goals and won numerous awards for her outstanding success.
Dexter was previously a Professional Health-care Representative that took responsibility of managing large geographic areas, with the highest sales quota in the district. She developed outstanding relationships with high volume prescribers in Statesville and surrounding counties, selling a highly-prescribed portfolio of core-marketed products (Lipitor, Norvasc, Caduet, Viagra, Zithromax) ultimately achieving over $12,000,000 in sales.
Some of Tiffany Dexter's recognitions and awards include "Lipitor Excellerate to 2.8" contest in July 2008, Divisional Regional Performance Fund for NC/VA for 2007, "Lipitor $7.3 Billion Contest" in December 2007, and "Region Ripper Award Winner" in 2005 for beating the regional average in 2 out of 3 products.
In her spare time, Ms. Dexter enjoys boating and swimming.

Corine Brouwer

Biltmore Who's Who Selects Corine Brouwer as an outstanding Member of the Executive and Professional Registry for 2008.
Corine Brouwer, Violinist, has been involved in the commissioning and performances of new works, including the premieres of Doppelganger, a concerto for two violins by David Dzubay, and Here, the Cliffs, a concerto by Hilary Tann.
Brouwer is well-known to North Carolina audiences. She is currently the concertmaster of the Winston-Salem Symphony, the Asheville Lyric Opera, and the Carolina Chamber Symphony. She is also a member of the Arizona MusicFest orchestra.
For the last two seasons Ms. Brouwer has appeared with the Keowee Chamber Music Festival in Asheville, NC and her past chamber music appearances have included the Eastern Music Festival, the International Bartok Festival, and the Saugatuck Chamber Music Festival. A former director of the Community Music School of the N.C. School of the Arts, Ms. Brouwer has taught violin at Wake Forest University, the N.C. School of the Arts, Catawba College, and the National Suzuki Institute in Wisconsin. Currently she maintains a private studio.

Demetria Marguerite Lionakis

Demetria Lionakis, Head of Costume Design and Marketing for Stage Life Design, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. Demetria Lionakis's professional accomplishments in custom design, wardrobe, and costumes.
Demetria Lionakis is a professional designer of costumes and clothing for television and stage films. She holds a Costume Design and Merchandising degree from Brooks College in Long Beach, California and belongs to the Alpha Beta Gamma National Business Honor Society of Community and Junior Colleges.
Stage Life Design Studio, a business created by Lionakis, was created to provide a place where hotels, entertainers, theater production companies, designers, casting companies, performers, and local events can use as a resource for their costume Construction and purchases or stage show needs.
A strong commitment to further her professional skills shows not only in Lionakis's clothing designs and contruction, but in other areas well. Besides being a nurse since the mid 70's, she has also developed, designed and patented a decorative yet functional handle for a bathroom seat called the Luxury Lift. Many were donated to the handicapped and to the blind. They are currently being decorated and sold to bachelorette parties, businesses, hotels, and interior designers and on the internet for those individuals who want a luxury item in their bathroom.

Christopher E. Nemec

Christopher Nemec, Music Administrator and Organist, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Christopher Nemec's commitment to excellence in many different aspects of the music industry.
Christopher Nemec, a 1986 graduate from Memphis State University with a degree in Music Education, has been playing and performing music since age 14. He started out performing at wedding receptions, cocktail parties, conventions, and other functions at the local and national level. To date, he has recorded four CD's of piano favorites, and has traveled the globe performing at many prestigious concert houses.
Nemec has been employed by Lindenwood Christian Church for the past 25 years as Organist-Music Administrator and is also their Conductor and Director of Children's and Youth music. He has continued to play piano and perform many gigs throughout his career at the Church.
In 2007, Christopher Nemec was one of five people selected through a national audition to receive Chorister's Guild Choir Leadership Certification Program sponsored by Chorister's Guild and funded by the Lily Foundation and a Worship Renewal Grant from the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
On a more personal level, Christopher Nemec has an array of hobbies that he enjoys. Some of those hobbies include travel, home improvements, fine wine and dining, gardening, yoga, and fitness, and architecture.
